Walls & Roof Panels
The walls are constructed with 75mm thick EPS panels, and the roof features a 50mm thick EPS panel, ensuring outstanding thermal insulation. The structure is reinforced with a durable galvanized steel frame for added strength and longevity.
Floor & Trim
An 18mm fiber cement board and composite wood flooring base are pre-installed on the frame, with a gray PVC flooring layer also pre-installed on the bottom. The unit also includes a ceiling and decorative cover plates for the folding floor sections.
Windows & doors
The windows are broken bridge aluminum casement windows with double-tempered glass for enhanced insulation and durability. The entrance door is also a broken bridge aluminum casement door with double-tempered glass, ensuring security and energy efficiency.
Bedrooms
The number and size of bedrooms in our 20FT, 30FT, and 40FT expandable container homes are fully customizable. Contact us to recommend the perfect bedroom layout for your needs。
Kitchen
The kitchen comes with a pre-cut space for a stainless steel double sink and faucet. Choose from L-shaped or U-shaped cabinets, with optional wall-mounted cabinets. Cabinet colors are fully customizable to suit your preferences.
Bathroom
Equipped with a high-quality shower and sliding glass door, a white ceramic toilet, a basin with space underneath for a compact washing machine, a mirror vanity cabinet, and elegant grey marble-patterned tiles.
Plumbing
Equipped with plumbing fittings, taps, and fixtures that meet WaterMark certification standards, including hot and cold water inlets, pre-installed plumbing for the entire kitchen and bathroom, and rear waste water outlets.
Electrical System
The house is equipped with international standard wiring, switches, power sockets, and junction boxes. Dedicated circuit breakers are installed for the kitchen and bathroom, ensuring safety. Each room has an energy-efficient LED ceiling light, meeting various national standards.

How to load an expandable house
- Install the panels on both sides of the frame and secure with screws.
- Attach ropes to the bottom of the house and connect them to the hooks.
- Place foam padding at hook positions.
- Lift the hooks and position the house at the container’s rear.
- Remove the hooks one by one.
- Use a vehicle to pull the house into the container.
- Use a forklift to push the houses’ bottom frame fully into the container.
